Tell your Representative to Support Protections for Immigrant Survivors of Domestic Violence

Earlier this month the Working for Immigrant Safety and Empowerment (WISE) Act (H.R. 5145) was reintroduced in Congress by Representatives Jayapal, Schakowsky, Espaillat, and Panetta. This vital legislation would safeguard and improve existing protections for immigrant survivors and support them in achieving safety and justice. Immigrant survivors face added barriers to escaping violence and the WISE Act would ensure these survivors can efficiently access the relief Congress intended.

Immigrant survivors should not have to choose between living with abuse or risking deportation. Tell your Member of Congress to support the WISE Act today!
